Friday July 24th from 4pm-6pm

Every shotgun is a snowflake! Every shot counts! You are responsible for every round that leaves your defensive shotgun. Make sure you know how your shotgun patterns and what your rounds are going to do. In this 2 hour workshop we will be covering patterning and specifically patterning the shotgun in the defensive context.  Whether you’re a seasoned pro or a beginner, this class is perfect for anyone who is interested in maximizing the house howitzer and accountability in their defensive shotgun. We will be going through different loads and ammo to use in a defensive situation and what they do.

Subjects Discussed:

  • Choosing the right ammo
  • What ammo does what
  • Choosing the right shotgun for your application
  • Sighting and Aiming
  • Trigger Control
  • What shotgun ammo does at different distances

What can I expect?

Every shotgun is a snowflake! They are all different. This 2 hour workshop we will be about patterning and figuring out what each and every round of your shotgun does.  We will be figuring out if your home defense shotgun likes this or that. We will try different loads to make sure that you are set up for success not just in accuracy but also responsibility.
